Refund Policy

VEGA · Last updated 21 August 2026

Short version: subscriptions are generally non-refundable, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and if the law where you live gives you a refund right, you get it. The detail is below, and if something here doesn't match your situation, email us and we'll look at it properly.

Free trials

The VEGA Label Management trial runs 30 days with no payment method required, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to refund. When the trial ends, paid features lock until you subscribe. Trials are limited to one per person and one per device.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Because you get access to the whole plan for the whole period as soon as it starts, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods, and we don't pro-rate the unused part of a term you've already paid for.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn't end the period you're currently in, and it doesn't refund it. You keep full access until that period runs out.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from your account in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. If you can't reach the app for any reason, email support@vega-mgmt.com from your account address and we'll take care of it.

We'd genuinely rather fix the problem than take the cancellation, so if something is broken or not doing what you expected, tell us first.

When we do refund

We're not rigid about this. We'll normally refund when:

• You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation had already taken effect.
• You were billed by mistake on our side.
• A paid feature was substantially unavailable for a meaningful stretch of your billing period and we couldn't put it right.
• You subscribed by accident and tell us within 48 hours, before making real use of the plan.
• The law that applies to you requires it, which is covered next.

If you're in the EU, the UK, or somewhere with a statutory refund right

Consumer law in some places gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase within a set window, often 14 days. Where that applies to you, it overrides everything above and we'll honor it. Note that when you start using a subscription straight away, some of those rules let that right end early, so if you think it applies to you, tell us as soon as you can and we'll work it out with you rather than against you.

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method. We never see or store your full card number. Once we approve a refund it's usually issued within a few business days, and how quickly it appears after that is down to your bank or card issuer, typically five to ten business days.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. It's almost always faster, and a chargeback can suspend the account automatically while the bank investigates, which helps neither of us.
